Welcome to our spacious and comfortable flat number 3!
This flat is the largest in our range and can accommodate up to 10 people.As soon as you enter this flat on the first floor of our main house, you will be welcomed by a stylish and cosy interior. On the left side you will find the first bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a side dresser and a spacious wardrobe. You then come to the next two bedrooms, one of which is accessible through the other. Both bedrooms are equipped with the same amenities as in the first bedroom. The rear room additionally offers a baby cot.
Continue through a spacious hallway with a mirror and a wardrobe. On the right hand side you will find a large, modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, a washing machine and a dryer, which you are welcome to use. Then you enter the spacious living room, which is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed, a large TV and a dining table. Here you can spend time together and relax.
Next to it is the fully equipped kitchen, which leaves nothing to be desired. Here you will find everything you need to prepare delicious meals: Oven, cooker, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, cutlery, pans, pots, glasses, Senseo pad machine, kettle and the most important spices. The large dining table seats up to six people.
At the end of the flat you can access the spacious and sunny balcony with a table and chairs. Overlooking our quiet courtyard, you can enjoy the sun here undisturbed and escape the hustle and bustle of the city.

The price for accommodation is 139€ per night for 2 people.
Each additional person costs an additional 25€ per night, with a maximum number of persons limited to 10.

Flat 3 is our largest flat and can accommodate up to 10 people. The flat is located on the first floor of the main house and has 4 bedrooms, a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom and a private balcony facing the inner courtyard. All beds and bed linen are provided in hotel standard. In the kitchen you will find everything you need to cook and you can dine together at the large dining table. The flat is also ideal for families with children, as a baby cot is available. In addition, hiking, barbecuing and relaxing on the balcony is possible without any problems. Cafés and restaurants are nearby and the Europapark is also within easy reach.
In the immediate vicinity of our house you will also find a selection of cosy cafés and restaurants serving local specialities and international cuisine. You can also go for a nice hike and barbecue at one of the many barbecue sites in the area. It is also possible to barbecue in our house. The location of our house is thus ideal for a relaxing and varied holiday, where you can enjoy both nature and the culinary offerings of the region. And of course, the Europapark Rust, one of the largest amusement parks in Germany, should not go unmentioned, which is only a short drive away.
Our Hausno19 holiday flats in Schmieheim are easily accessible by public transport. The nearest train station, Kappel-Grafenhausen, is only 3 km away and offers connections to Offenburg, Freiburg im Breisgau and Karlsruhe. From there you can also get to the Europapark and other nearby attractions. There are also buses that pass through the village and take you to the surrounding area. If you arrive by car, you can use our parking spaces.
